RiderRobes Shipping Policy

Every RiderRobes robe is made-to-order just for you. Because we produce each item on demand rather than holding stock, please allow the timelines below for your order to be crafted and delivered.

Production Time
All robes are handmade to order, which takes approximately 30 days to produce. This production window ensures every robe is made fresh to our quality standards before it ships.

Delivery Time
Once your robe is produced and shipped, delivery takes an additional 6–12 days to arrive. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow it to your door.

Total Estimated Timeline
From order to doorstep, please expect roughly 5–6 weeks total (30 days production + 6–12 days shipping). Timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to demand, carrier delays, or holidays.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you haven't received tracking after the production window, reach out and we'll update you right away.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. You have a 24-hour window after ordering to request an address change by emailing us. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
